The agreement between sprntr and the people who use it. Written to be read, not skimmed past.
sprntr is a 52-week guided sprint training program delivered as an iOS app (in these Terms, sprntr, we, us).
By installing or using sprntr, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
For beginners, the typical injuries are hamstring strains, hip flexor issues, and other soft-tissue injuries. sprntr is designed to reduce those risks through gradual progression, but no program can eliminate them.
You should consult a qualified physician before starting sprntr, particularly if you have a history of injury, a cardiovascular condition, or have been sedentary for an extended period. During training, stop immediately if you feel sharp pain or suspect an injury, and seek medical advice. sprntr does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for a physician, physiotherapist, or coach.
You acknowledge that you are undertaking sprint training at your own risk.
Weeks 1 and 2 are free. No payment information is required to access them. Starting at Week 3, an active subscription is required to continue the program.

Prices are in US dollars. Regional pricing may vary according to App Store exchange rates and local taxes.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time through iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or within the sprntr app under Settings → Subscription → Manage Subscription. If you cancel, your subscription remains active through the end of the current period and will not renew thereafter.
If you are unsatisfied within 30 days of your initial purchase, you may request a refund through Apple's standard refund process at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple processes refunds at their discretion; we ask them to honor reasonable requests made within the 30-day window.
If your subscription lapses, Week 3+ workouts are locked behind the paywall until you resubscribe. Your past workout history, progress, and settings remain readable within the app so you do not lose your record. Resubscribing restores full program access.
You may use sprntr for your own personal training. You may not:
The sprntr program — including the 52-week structure, session design, written content, and app code — is the intellectual property of its operator. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use it. No ownership transfers to you.
sprntr is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any specific athletic outcome. Speed is bounded by biology, training consistency, and factors beyond any program's control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, sprntr and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost performance outcomes, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for sprntr in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions of liability; in those cases, our liability is limited to the minimum permitted by local law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to sprntr if you materially violate these Terms. You may stop using sprntr at any time and cancel your subscription as described in Section 3.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of sprntr will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in the country where you reside.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the app, and the effective date at the bottom of this page will be updated. Continued use of sprntr after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
